While most people my age were heading off to university, I walked into an ashram.

No phone. No career plan. No clue what the future held.

Just a deep hunger to understand who I was - and why I constantly felt like there had to be more.

That early life choice became my foundation.

Years later, when I hit rock bottom - burnt out, overwhelmed, and stuck in a career that looked good on paper but felt hollow inside - I realised strategy wasn’t enough.

I needed something deeper.

Everyone has a moment. A crossroads. A quiet breakdown no one sees.

I shared this story to inspire mentors during a programme I built and scaled to hundreds of professionals - but it was also the first time I truly owned it.

Because what I discovered in that season of collapse… is the same thing I now help others rediscover in themselves.

Not instantly. Not easily.

But when I started applying the very inner work I now teach, the outer results followed:
